Serving Up Texture in a Warm & Cozy Family Room

Rather than covering this family’s oak built-ins, we preserved them and selected wall paint to complement and décor that would stand out within them. Saturated neutral grays and beiges in the furniture, rug and accessories contrast with natural oak and woven wood window coverings. Textures abound, such as soft velvet and fur, thickly bound rattan, naturally grained oak, and fluffy pampas grass.
